For this assignment we created a campaign magazine and an online branding campaign for FRANK, a handmade accessory brand that doesn't take life so seriously. Frank's mission is to breakthrough the daily boring life. The end result is a presentation of both products. 

​

The world is full of traditional brands doing traditional things, but the time spend with digital media and mobile devices are increasing every year. Your brand should be where your target group is. Like traditional branding methods online branding is most effective when employed as part of an overall strategy. The basic rules of brand building still apply; authentic storytelling and target group relevance.

Creating a campaign magazine to support the communication concept (big idea) of our brand. Creative and editorial thinking plays a huge part in this project. Editorial Thinking = bringing a message across through text, images & design that all three work together to strengthen that message.

We start this phase with the creation of the ‘the Big Idea’ also called the communication concept which is based upon the, in the previous phase, formulated communication strategy. Our big idea is "MESS IT UP"
It is the overall theme from which the two products (campaign magazine & online branding campaign) are derived.
